Care Instructions:
Even though these shirts are pre-shrunk there still may be some shrinkage. To help avoid this, we suggest washing only in cold and drying on the low or air cycle, if not line drying.
We also suggest the Diamonds shirt to be washed inside out.
For jewelry, clean with a jewelry cloth and store in the provided plastic anti-tarnish bag.

Exchange Policy:
Twilight Teez does not offer direct exchange for our products. The easiest way to get an exchange is to process a refund in accordance with the instructions as detailed below in our Return Policy and place a new order through our web site.
You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.
Return Policy:
Twilight Teez, LLC goes to great efforts to ensure that all orders are completed accurately, on time, and that the merchandise purchased is of the highest quality. Accordingly, Twilight Teez only accepts returns received within 30 days of the shipping date. Twilight Teez will grant a refund (minus shipping and handling), apparel must be unwashed and unworn. Jewelry must be in new, resalable condition and in all original packaging.
Please
immediately inspect, and report within three (
3) days of delivery, any product received in a damaged or defective condition. It is highly advised to return jewelry
INSURED, even if it is received as damaged or defective. We also offer jewelry repairs and resizing for a nominal fee. Please contact us at info@twilightteez.com for more information.
To start the return process for a registered account, simply go to www.twilightteez.com and view your order history, fill out the bottom section for the item/s you wish to return in “Create return request” and click “Create”. If you have

Twilight Teez will pay for return shipping if we are in error of the product(s) received
. After authorization, we will be able to send an electronic UPS Return Service label for you to print and drop your package at the nearest UPS Store or facility.
Items must be in resalable condition and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
Twilight Teez will be the sole judge as to what constitutes an item that is not resalable.
Items that are deemed not resalable may be subject to a 50% refund or no refund at all. Any return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Items that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery, or with unexplained damage, will receive no more than a 50% refund.
Be sure to include the order number, so we can properly credit your account, and mail your return to the return address provided on your invoice.
Keep in mind that computer monitors do not display exacting reproductions of the true colors of our shirts and designs. Colors will appear slightly different from monitor to monitor and from what you see on your computer to what you see on the product itself. Generally
speaking, black means black, navy means navy etc.
Gift Exchange Policy:
Our gift exchange policy is a courtesy service we offer to those who have received one of our products as a gift from someone of a different household, it is only available to US addresses.
Please return the product with a note giving details of what you would like to receive in exchange (of equal of lesser value) and to where we should send the item.
Please also include the name of the gift giver and Order ID number if available so we can properly address our inventory issues.
